[E12-11-009-collab] Hall C GEn Collaboration Meeting on Tuesday, Oct 22

Whoops, I neglected to update the boilerplate from the first mail-out.

The meeting will run in two sections, starting at 10:30am and have an
extended lunch to allow accomodate one of our spokespeople.
  10:30am -- 12:30pm
   2:30pm --  5:00pm

The agenda at the link below is correct.  I apologize for the error.
