[E12-11-009-collab] Hall C GEn (E12-11-009) Collaboration Meeting at 1pm on Monday, Aug 25

Dear Collaborators,

We will be having a Collaboration Meeting for the Hall C 12 GeV, 
GEn experiment (E12-11-009) on Monday, Aug. 25 at JLab.  Video/audio
conferencing will be available for those who wish to attend without
travel.

Discussions topics will include a new Collaboration Charter, updates on
polarimeter design, the precession/sweeping magnet system, and
construction/funding questions.
