[E12-15-001] Elastics for VCS experiment

Hi Mark,
Do you want to run all elastics in the beginning of the experiment or run
each elastic before running the corresponding kinematics? Since it will
take some time to change the momentum settings, would it be more efficient
to run each elastic just before we run the corresponding kinematics run?
