[ee] quick proposal update

Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to give you a quick update. The final agenda for the PAC 
39 meeting is now available.

As you can see, our presentation will be on June 19, and on June 22 we 
will probably know whether it was approved.

Prior to the PAC meeting, the proposal will be presented on June 13 at 
the CLAS collaboration meeting.

This will essentially be a dry run for the PAC presentation. I hope to 
post a draft for comments within a couple of days. In the meantime, I

At CIPANP I heard that the readers had not yet been assigned (although 
it may have happened since). I have also not heard anything about the 
technical or theory reviews yet. The former should not be an issue for 
us since our experiment does not present any special technical 
challenges. The theory review of the LOI was also very positive, and I 
hope that this will be reiterated. I will send updates as soon as I have 
some news.
