[ee] meeting on Thursday

Hello Everyone,

Let's have a meeting at 10 am EST on Thursday in F227.

The proposal is now almost ready for submission. Hopefully we can submit 
it in the afternoon on Thursday. This meeting will be a last opportunity 
to make changes! :)
