[ee] SoLID TCS draft in updating

Dear All

As we want to make sure enough suppression of two pion background 
similar to the plan of CLAS12 TCS.
As SoLID has no Cherenkov detector at large angle, this cut has a strong 
effect.
I had the cut in code before, but it has a bug. Now it's fixed and you 
may notice the change of e Mom vs p Mom plot in the writeup.

The projection section has some updates now also, even though it 
certainly needs more work.

We plan to use the current version of the writeup to start conversion 
with SoLID people and HallA tomorrow.
Please let me know you comment and suggestion.

I am trying to make more binning available so that we can do some 
estimation for the projection section.
