Hello Everyone,

Please find below the updated draft of the LOI.

The change from proposal to LOI is mostly a formality. The submitted 
contents will essentially be the same. Getting everything ready was a 
little hectic, however, but now there is a complete draft. It has to be 
submitted tomorrow, Sunday, so there is not much time, but all comments 
are very welcome. And even though this is "only" a letter of intent, it 
will receive the usual jlab theory and technical reviews, as well as a 
comment from the PAC. This will be very helpful whether we decide to ask 
for additional beam time or try the "run group" path.
