[ee] fix a bug in table*.C, may need to check result

Dear All

I have fixed a bug in table*.C, both SVN updated and new table generated.

Previous, the accep_3fold_eloutdecaypair and accep_4fold are not 
produced correctly in table*.dat for Marie to use.
accep_3fold_recoildecaypair is not affected, (so Marie's SoLID TCS 
result is not affected)
But if any other results used the code or other two acceptance, it needs 
to be checked.
