Stepan,

Mid January sounds like a good time to resume regular our meetings! And starting in the new semester is perhaps good anyway since teaching schedules may change then. I will send out a doodle poll.

However, maybe we should try to get together at least once before the end of the year? I find the division of responsibilities between the unspecified “first CLAS12 experiment” on one hand and the run group and PAC approved experiments on the other, a little unclear. It would be good if we had a clear strategy for this.
