[ee] no TCS meeting this week

Hello Everyone,

With the CLAS collaboration meeting next week and the upcoming EIC R&D proposals, I suggest that we skip the ee meeting this week. In the meantime Jospeh is making a lot of progress on his studies of the field settings, and in two weeks we will hopefully be able to discuss a more final set of requirement on the running conditions.
