Important notes from Hall C Qweak meeting

#1 Tour  Thursday in Hall C, 17th Dec., please stay out of Hall on Thursday

#2 Alcove is getting painted but no date given, Alcove is currently 
empty so any cable rearranging
or installation would go easy right now.

#3 A harp that is currently not on the drawings is definitely going in 
the Compton Chicane between
Vacuum pumps VIP3C19B and VIP3C19C.

#4 Ron is going to have electricians install some lighting under Hall 
C's New Platform just out of the Alcove.
