A few important bullets from the Hall C Qweak meeting today.
Meeting is every Tuesday at 8:30am MCC Conference room.

Dates to Remember

10/20/09 Hall C opens for Qweak work
5/24/10 Hall C Qweak Commisioning
5/14/2012 Qweak Ends

5/2012 12GEV Down

#1 10/22/2009 - 10/26/2009 EES remove Electronics from
Hall C new Diagnostics Racks and remove all cables back to
Alcove Entrance.

#2 10/22/2009 - 10/26/2009 EES Disconnect Electronic
Cabling from Alcove Girders starting at 2^nd girder from
Shield wall all the way to entrance into Hall C for new beam
Line girder reconfiguration.

#3 Jay B. will provide Qweak Beam line Componet names
per Optics, for Hall C Qweak Beam line Drawings.

#4 2 Gate Valves are being added to Qweak line per Greg
Smith (1) 16”gatevalve ~1m downstream of Target center
(2^nd ) 24” gatevalve near end of beamline.

#5 Jan 2010 Injector A2 girder work to be completed. 2 Month
Down Period. March 08, 2010 beam on.

When Butch provides me with new region Drawings
of Hall C Qweak Beamline, I will provide you with copies.
