[Eesic] Hall C Qweak installation

Hey EESIC members,
yesterday I hooked up the first 3 BPMs in Hall C's Alcove for Qweak,
The last bpm 3C19 gave me a problem, Turns out I found that my Quad Coax 
cable
had water in it. Don't know when or how, the cables in the alcove were 
above floor height.
My next set of bpm cables for the next bpm which I have not hooked up 
yet had its quad coax also
flooded so to speak. My cables appeared shorted from upstairs, after 
finally figuring out water damaged
I cut back the quad coax to a dry area and verified the cable with ohm 
meter and 50 ohm loads.
I have not reterminated the 2 quad coax cables yet. I just wanted you 
guys to be aware that you may
find flooded connectors on your cable ends. If you don't that's a good 
thing:)
