[Eesic] Hall B and Hall C

Good Morning Everyone,

 From the morning meeting per Burt Manzlak,
If you do any work in Hall B or Hall C
Make sure you make a trip over to the counting house
and read/sign the COW for Hall C and Hall B individually
You do not want to get caught working in either Hall if you have not 
signed these documents.

The same will hold true for Hall A when they finally lockup and start 
receiving beam.

3 other things to remember when working in a JLAB Hall.

#1    Hall B and Hall C , you must have a buddy when working (required).

#2   Hall C has removed the OSP on the Hall C Pivot Platform (per Burt 
Manzlak), no longer will you need to read and sign
        a document to work on the Hall C Pivot Platform (for now),
        ****However if you work beyond the safety barriers provided on 
the Hall C Pivot Platform
        ****you must be Safety Harness qualified, you must wear a Safety 
Harness and you must use a safety lanyard
        ****tied off to the designated areas., you may or may not have 
to wear a safety hard hat.

#3    Prior to Hall Access make sure you notify the Hall Work 
Coordinator, read all signs posted near the Access
       to the Hall for Safety Warnings such as: Hard Hat Required.
