[Eesic] RAM its our job now

Good Morning Omar and EESIC,

Ron Lauze spoke with Steve Suhring today and they have come up with a 
temporary solution (if it is Ok'd by Omar) for EESIC dealing with RAM 
(radiated material from the tunnel). Steve Suhring has a trailer between 
the Injector Service building and the Ops trailers. Steve Suhring says 
we can story RAM here temporarily for now. Steve Suhring ask that 
anything going into the Trailer and anything being removed from the 
trailer must first go thru him. I believe Steve may have the key for the 
trailer but I really don't know at this time. If Omar is ok with this 
then EESIC should get all RAM that Radcon is currently holding in the 
ESB building (Rick, Pete, Tony, Brad/Scott) and relocate it to Steve 
Suhrings trailer with his approval first.

For those of you who not aware of this situation, Radcon is no longer 
holding on to Radiated Material removed from the tunnel. They are now 
releasing RAM to known owners to handle/maintain ...etc now.
