[Eesic] Lcom 15' BNC patch cable failures.

Sometime in recent history, we bought a bunch of different BNC patch 
cables from Lcom... we were keeping them in the bottom drawer of the 
vidmar in our lab in 87.

I've had my third 15' patch cable start to intermittently fail now.  
None of them have been abused in any sense of the word, or even used 
with regularity (just light duty in test setups, and taken to the field 
once or twice for troubleshooting).  All three of them have ended up 
with at least one loose connection that drops the signal out if you 
wiggle the cable.  Keith has seen this in the field with me when we were 
testing the hall dumps in the BSY.

I don't know if we got a bad batch or what, but just be aware if you're 
going to grab one out of that drawer that it may not be very reliable.
