For the sake of uniformity and safety we are removing the fixtures that 
were designed for T12 tubes ( those with a 1-1/2" diameter)
The  new fixtures will have T5 or T8 tubes. New fixures will be 
pre-wired with a 3-wire cord.
Fixtures with T5 tube sockets can only accommodate T5 tubes so, no 
mismatch issue here.

If it is not practical to replace a T12 fixture, adequate labeling will 
be applied.
