[Eesic] W2 power outage for Monday Dec16th

Hey Everybody,

if you have anything and I mean anything powered in W2, take some time 
today and find out if it is powered by any of these breaker panels:

W2-L2
W2-P
W2-P1
W2-P3

Power is going off to those Panels Monday Dec. 16, 2013 at around 9am 
for @ 5hours.
This is for work for the Separator Cavities in W2.

I thought I was not impacted at first but Randy called me and told me 
that my bpm racks
are loosing power.

So take a few minutes and check your equipment in W2, you may be 
impacted and did not realize
it.
