CAMAC crates stop scanning about once a day for the last week. IOC status page 
and ioc health check shows no ioc heartbeat, but camac status page and ioc 
health check show there is no camac errors at all. Logging into the ioc and 
running camac_io_report shows timeout errors on the serial highway driver. 
Replaced serial highway driver. System is up and running for now. We will 
continue to monitor.
Also note that this system uses the fiber optic u-port adapters to connect the 
camac crates in zones 1 and 13 back to the ioc in zone 27.
everytime this problem happens, we have to cycle power on all 3 camac crates 
and 
then power up the ioc.
