[Eesic] Bldg 89 work area in cage

Greetings,
Ron Lauze is still trying to establish and commission the bench work 
area in the cage in Bldg. 89.

  He has appropriated a nice toolbox, It needs to be stocked with any 
spare tools anyone can donate to the cause.

If we get this stocked and ready for use, it may save someone a trip 
back to the TED for supplies / tools.

I will have a box available at my location for donations.
