[Eesic] Outstanding items to be reviewed

Guys,

The Hall D HCO status looks great.  Your efforts are greatly appreciated 
by Omar and myself.

However, the next big push for beam will be to both Halls A and B before 
the end of the month.  Therefore we need to take a look at any remaining 
devices in the BSY and the Halls that need attention.

Some of these devices have comments that were entered last spring. 
Please review devices that you are responsible for and provide an 
updated readiness status where possible.  I will then be able to 
confidently upgrade them to "ready for beam".
