FYI, the SEE and 4ch bpms in LERF are working and showing wiresums,
however the wiresums being displayed on the spike screens have different
scaling for 4ch versus SEE and makes SEE look like they are not posting
wiresums, but if you look at the individual atoms screens you can see
that the SEE bpms have good wiresums.

Here is an elog from this weekend after a 2nd round of Quad zeroing
showing flat positions up to IPM4F06a where the LERF crew stopped for
the weekend.

Also FYI, the SEE bpms are currently being triggered via a function
generator because the VME GPVIO/Timer board located at IOCFEL3 is not
working. The GPVIO/Timer board is suppose to supply the SEE bpms with a
slightly delay'd beam sync trigger not as much delay as the 4ch bpms
receive but a remotely controlled delay'd beam sync trigger. I just
found this out this weekend. The triggering for the SEE and 4ch bpms
starts with a fiber optic beam sync signal from the LERF control room.
The fiber signal is then feed to IOCFEL2 where it goes into a VME board
and gets converted to a TTL level zero delay'd beam sync and a TTL level
delay'd beam sync (used for 4ch bpms). The TTL zero delay'd beam sync
goes to a VME GPVIO/Timer board located in VME crate housing the SEE
bpms and IOCFEL3. The GPVIO/Timer puts a remotely controlled delay on
the beam sync signal which is then sent to the SEE bpm Timing board.
Currently the GPVIO/Timer card is not working.

Also FYI the SEE bpms 4ch bpms in LERF all have 30 hertz timing errors,
why? because they have no 30 hz sync cards but their software things
they are suppose.
