[Eesic] C100 vacuum cable party tomorrow

Anyone not working on HCO critical stuff, I'm appealing for your help 
tomorrow.

We've started re-routing vacuum cables located at each C100 warm-region 
girder, but we've still got 1L26 and all 5 zones in the south to do.

The machine locks up on Monday, and access thereafter will be 
opportunistic at best, until the 28th, which is a maintenance day.

If at all possible, I'd like to get the cable routing done tomorrow.

Anyone that can help out, we'll meet over near George & Leo's offices 
tomorrow morning after the 8 o'clock.
