[Eesic] Fwd: Cart 54 down for the count

Speaking of bad carts, what's wrong with Cart 56?  It's been parked next to the  CHL building for the last 3 days.  Is it abandoned?

Comrades,

Cart 54 gave up the ghost this morning. I have written a work request to
facilities for it's repair.

The key is on my desk so no one will drive it it is in an unsafe
condition with the accelerator pedal.
