[Eesic] Active HDL simulation in 64-bit (or lack thereof)

So I had to install Active HDL on my laptop again since it was rebuilt.  
So I downloaded the latest version, installed it, and when tried to 
simulate, I got an error saying our license is no good for 64-bit 
simulation.

I don't know if this is only an issue with our network license, or if it 
applies to the fixed license as well.  Can someone with a fixed license 
check and see if they're running 32-bit software, or 64-bit software?

It boggles my mind that our license would not cover the 64-bit version.  
My desktop has the old version from years ago installed on it, so I'm 
assuming it's only 32-bit because it's old.
