[Eesic] Vidmars in digital lab are going away

Hey folks,

The new benches for RF group are showing up soon.

The Vidmar on the RF side that's full of nuts and bolts is going to be 
going away, so if you have a desire to grab some to have on hand in your 
own stash, then please do so.  The rest will be going to free stock.

The three black vidmars on the I&C side will be going away as well.  We 
will be keeping the tall blue vidmar.  I will clean out components from 
the tall blue vidmar that we don't need (like through-hole resistors) 
and put in there things we need to keep in the lab (like PC-104 tools 
and other job-specific stuff).  The chips that I can identify that we 
have a need for, we will keep. Please take a look at what's in these 
vidmars and if you need it, take it.  If there is a need for it to stay 
in the lab in the remaining vidmar, please let me know.
