[Eesic] 3D printer running better

Hey Folks,

After a little bit of tinkering, I think we have the 3D printer back to 
a point where it's running decent again.

There was a lot of glue on the bed, and I think the thickness of the 
layer was throwing off the Z-axis calibration. *Please use the glue 
sparingly, you don't need to add glue to the bed each time you print.*

I've updated the Cura base project we're using, and saved it as 
"Latest_profile_PLA.3mf" in the IC\CURA folder on the O drive. There's 
two custom profiles available in the base project, one with overhang 
supports and one without.
