The 12 Gev rule is that NO chassis, pcb, or system installation shall 

commence if final drawings are not SIGNED!<br>

As Project Engineers YOU are required to have all drawings signed prior

to the build or installation. <br>

As CAM and or 12Gev  Project Managers, you are required to insure that

all drawings are signed and completed. <br>

<br>

Therefore, if you are part of the I&C Group, I expect your drawings

to be signed whether the project is external or internal.<br>

<br>

I will have Dave Williams provide me with a list of unsigned drawings.

The compiled list will be copied to the responsible CAMs and 12Gev

Project Leaders.<br>

There is absolutely NO reason why drawings should not be signed. <br>

<br>

This is an I&C Group policy. I do not expect  EESSS  to work on

production type projects without signed-off drawings. <br>
