In summary, we have some QC issues that need to be
addressed immediately. Roger and I will provide guidance on the proper
way to fabricate and/or terminate cables. We will be more than happy to
assist in correcting these problems or identifying where the issues
are. All system require verification of system drawings. If you have
system drawings available, please feel free to show Roger or myself the
drawings at your convenience.
System owners have one week to correct these issues and two weeks
from today to show us the system drawings. This is a dynamic QC
test that will be adhered to for ALL of the 12Gev installations. So,
our
goal is to get things done right, now, prior to the big install.
This is not a slap down. This is a learning experience for everyone
involved. We have to perform safely and perform quality work. On a
responsibility note, it is the responsibility of ALL senior staff to
train/demonstrate/assist junior personnel in performing quality work.
Simply put, we need to lead and not manage. We will get it right!

I appreciate everyones hard work. There is still quite a bit to get
done. Our goal is to get it right the first time. That makes
everyone's system safe and top notch.

Thanks again.
