    Some of us have been having issues with the "Direct Connect" feature
    (Formerly "push-to-talk" on the Nextel phones).   <br>
    <br>
    If you notice it too often giving you a "connecting" screen with
    spinning ring and elevator music but no actual connection,
    performing a "soft reset" will get it working again.  It involves
    turning the phone off and removing the battery for 30 seconds.<br>

    Also, signal strength seems to be poor to no signal in the service
    buildings and tunnel.<br>
