<p>All,</p>
<p>I have updated the default project and slicing profiles for our
3D printer. Please <b>DO NOT USE DEFAULT SLICER SETTINGS</b>.</p>
<p>The CURA default slicer settings <b>literally take twice as long</b>
to print as the optimized settings that I have stored on the O
drive.</p>
<p>The folder for the profiles is
O:\ees\IC\CURA\PLA_Profiles-USE-THIS</p>
<p>To import the printer settings into Cura, open the file
"Latest_profile_PLA.3mf" and select "Open as project." This loads
all the Artemis settings as well as the custom profile
"PLA-pt3mm-205C-faster." If you need a raft for a large print, or
support for overhangs, there are profiles in that folder as well
for those that you can import via the profile manager.</p>
<p>If you need assistance feel free to ask.</p>
<p>Thanks,</p>
<p>Jim<br>
