[Eg1_run] More on EG1 DST files (important to any current analysis)

To everyone doing current DST analysis using the files in the directory

/home/claseg1/eg1b/dst/NEW/

I added a new script in this directory called listbrokenlinks.pl that 
auto-checks all the data directories and explicitly lists and broken links 
that might be contained therein. The script takes 15-20 minutes to 
execute, but is much more convenient than manually hunting for broken 
links in these very long file lists.

(Keep in mind that it is the RATE/ directory that contains the data with the
full set of quality checks, so if a file is missing only in the ALL/ 
directory, it shouldn't be an issue.)

I recommend strongly that, before begining any analysis with these files:

1) Execute listbrokenlinks.pl
2) If there are large numbers of 'bogus links', execute ./makelinks
3) Wait a while and execute listbrokenlinks.pl to make sure the links are 
repaired.

Hopefully, this should resolve any ambiguity over whether links to DST 
files are missing before analysis.
