[Eg1_run] INCLUSIVE p paper meeting this week - Wednesday afternoon

Dear EG1b proton paper and analysis note writers/editors and other interested parties,

as announced previously, this coming Wednesday 4/13 we will NOT have our usual "inclusive" meeting at 11:00 a.m. (leaving this slot open for Angela to hold an exclusive meeting if she wants to - but beware of the possible conflict with DIS). Instead, we will meet IN PERSON (as many as possible), starting around 1:30, in B101 CC. If you want to participate via phone, we'll set up the usual conference call - let me know.

I hope that most/all of us will come to the meeting prepared with
a) an updated version of THEIR part of the long paper (see http://www.jlab.org/~kuhn/EG1b/pPaper/ ) - in fact, I would MUCH appreciate if you can send me an updated LaTeX file and/or figures by Tuesday afternoon so I can create a new .pdf version
b) your comments on the present version of the analysis note and the comments Rob proposed to send back to the PWG committee. This will be our chance to give these to Rob in person -- if you miss it, you'll have to either send by mail, scan and email, or write lengthy explanations which part you are referring to.

We have the room until 3:00 p.m. - if we aren't done by then, we can move into the lobby of CC for mop-up.
