[Eg1_run] [Clas_offline] clean up CLAS DST cache areas?

Dear all,

as can be seen from the "10% age", the claseg1 account is still being used actively. In fact, we are in the middle of finalizing our analysis for a publication, and have already had several delays because of "disappearing files".

We may be able to remove some files and/or rearrange our usage in the near future, but we request that no files get deleted until we have had a chance to look carefully at the whole picture and decide how best to organize the remaining analysis effort.
