[Eg1_run] Draft of EG1 proton paper

Hello all:

    I have posted an updated draft of the EG1 proton paper with updated 
contributions on the secure site at

    For future notice, the most current draft available of the paper will 
ALWAYS be kept in this directory.
    This version incorporates a cut-n-paste of all the various contributed 
parts - I take it this will be the primary topic of discussion of 
tomorrow's meeting, so please feel free to look over it between now and 
then, if you have time...
