Dear EG1ers,

given that there was an exclusive meeting last week (I believe) and given the newest developments (see below), it is clear that we need to meet this week (sorta outta turn) to discuss progress on the Inclusive front. So, let's get together at the usual time and place:

Wednesday, August 29, 11:00 a.m. F226 CC
Calling instructions are at http://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/secure/eg4/deur/call_in_procedure.html

In addition to a full-bore effort to get the p paper in front of an AHC, I also hope to hear from Nevzat on his most recent fits and any other ongoing inclusive work.

> Dear Robert, Sebastian and Keith,
> excuse us for the delay in replying, due to most of us being on summer holidays in these last couple of weeks.
>
> We have completed the review of the latest version of the analysis note and are satisfied with the huge amount of work that the group has done - since we first saw their first draft, in the late spring of 2009...
>
> They have worked hard to address all of our comments and suggestions, and clarified the goals of their work by providing us with a draft of the final paper.
>
> We have updated the review wiki page with our conclusions, and only one minor observation that we trust the group will look into, without the need for us to check.
>
> I remind you the link to the review page:

>
> The new section is the one called "Conclusions of the review committee".
>
> Therefore, we are happy to give the green light to Robert and his collegues to proceed to the Ad Hoc review. Very good work!
