Dear Sebastian and Nevzat,
we have completed our third round of review, going through your replies to our previous comments, the new version of the note and the draft of the paper.
While we acknowledge and appreciate the quality and quantity of the work done, we still have a couple of open and important issues that we need to see addressed before giving you the final OK to pass to the next stage of review.

We are available to have a meeting - on skype - to discuss the final issues and hopefully finalize the work.
