Dear all,

the year is drawing to an end, and Nevzat and I think that the deuteron paper is now ready for AHC review. We are asking all of you to take a look at http://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/secure/eg1/EG2000/Kuhn/LongDpaper/ - the paper is EG1b_dmaster.pdf .
I understand that the proton paper is also making progress and may not be far behind. So, it is fitting to have our last meeting of 2014 — Wednesday, 12/10 F227 CC -- dedicated to discuss the status of both papers, and make a decision on how and when to go forward. (Be prepared to argue against or for asking for an AHC on the d paper on Thursday!).

At the same time, we are moving towards the future (EG12 or whatever we want to call it). As it turns out, this Wednesday we are ALSO having a meeting on the status and future plans for the longitudinally polarized target. This meeting is for the “core target group”, but if you want to join (by phone or in person), it will be in the same room and using the same Bluejeans connection as our EG1b meeting, starting at 1:00 p.m.. In fact, I anticipate this meeting to go on a little beyond 1:45, so I am delaying the begin of our EG1b meeting to 2:00 p.m. (15 minutes).

See you or hear you on Wednesday! - Sebastian

1) For full multi-media access, enter in your web browser the following URL: https://bluejeans.com/7576835804. You will be asked whether you want to login or just join as a participant. Choose "participant" and follow the on-screen instructions (you may be asked to download a browser extension when you use Bluejeans for the first time). You should see images from other participants and hear sound on your computer's loudspeakers. If you have a video camera (built-in or hooked up to your computer), others will be able to see you. You must have a microphone (built in or hooked up to your computer) to communicate. Ideally, you should use headphones (with integrated mike if possible) to reduce feedback; alternatively, you can mute yourself when you are not talking. There is even an iPhone and Android app if you want to participate by tablet/smartphone… ;-)
2) If this sounds all too complex, it is still be possible to dial in.
The new phone nr. is 1-888-240-2560
The new meeting ID is 7576835804 (Sebastian's ODU office phone nr). You enter this after the prompt, followed by the "#" sign, and after the 2nd prompt, press "#" again. That's it - you should be able to talk and hear us as usual; however, you won't see video and shared desktop.
