[Eg1_run] Next EG1b INCLUSIVE meeting

As we are barreling towards our goal (publish the last 2 papers), we meet again to take stock of the progress towards that goal:
Our meeting will be as usual this Wednesday, November 12, at 1:45 in F227 CC. In addition to paper progress, we can also discuss EG12 or anything else you want to bring up.

We will use the Bluejeans videoconferencing software.
1) For full multi-media access, enter in your web browser the following URL: https://bluejeans.com/7576835804. You will be asked whether you want to login or just join as a participant. Choose "participant" and follow the on-screen instructions (you may be asked to download a browser extension when you use Bluejeans for the first time). You should see images from other participants and hear sound on your computer's loudspeakers. If you have a video camera (built-in or hooked up to your computer), others will be able to see you. You must have a microphone (built in or hooked up to your computer) to communicate. Ideally, you should use headphones (with integrated mike if possible) to reduce feedback; alternatively, you can mute yourself when you are not talking. There is even an iPhone and Android app if you want to participate by tablet/smartphone… ;-)
2) If this sounds all too complex, it should still be possible to dial in.
The new phone nr. is 1-888-240-2560
The new meeting ID is 7576835804 (Sebastian's ODU office phone nr). You enter this after the prompt, followed by the "#" sign, and after the 2nd prompt, press "#" again. That's it - you should be able to talk and hear us as usual; however, you won't see video and shared desktop.
