[Eg1_run] Next Inclusive EG1b meeting

Dear All,
I attached the deuteron paper with latest figures. I implemented all the
details we have talked about except the dilution factor and kinematic coverage
plots. Also some theory curves probably missing on A1 and Gamma plots.. The
figures look okay in general, but there is always room for improvement.
Something to talk about briefly tomorrow.
