[Eg1_run] Proton Long Paper

I have just posted a new version of the proton long paper on the secure web site:

This has edits to Section III (EXPERIMENT) done by Ralph.  Thank you Ralph for these needed improvements!
It has the new figure from Rob on A1 vs x.  Thank you Rob!  I don’t see any alternative but to put the eg1-dvcs points on this plot.  This is an archival paper, so it will be published even if we have already been superseded by eg1-dvcs on A1.  But I would make the red points much smaller.  They should be readily visible, but not dominate the color landscape.
