[Eg2] Fwd: UGBoD issues for foreign users, PAC, jeopardy

 Most of you must have already gotten this message. 

 I think the nuclear physics program at CLAS needs to pay particular attention to this issue, due to the extreme nature of how late most of those experiments were typically scheduled.
