[Eg6_analysis] couple of problems

Dear all,

In doing my studies with pass1 outputs I noticed couple of problems (so 
far).
These could be problems of cooking, it is possible that I am not using 
right
stuff for it. But never the less I want to see if any one has any 
thoughts on these.

Firs problem I encountered is in cooking of file clas_061540.A14. I run 
only 100K
and in Ntuple I got strange events at last 15%. In the attached file 
r61540_14.ps
you will find thee graphs, showing event ID vs. momentum of the first 
particle
in EVNT. As you can see at the end of 100K events I got tracks in the 
first row of
EVNT with fixed momentum. It turns out most of them are positive 
particles (see
second and third pages). Looking into output of user_ana, I can see that 
massages
that tracking code prints out when number "ntr_link" exceeds max value 
stopped
somewhere after 83293 events (attached file r61540_14.tiff). I looked in 
the logbook
and seems like this run crushed at the end, but there are files A15 and 
A16 of this
run and I do not know if we have seen problem with this files as well.

Second problem I see is related with ICPB. Attached file ic_hits.ps 
shows distribution
of relative energy of central crystal as a function of cluster energy 
from ICPB and
ICHB. Clearly ICPB plot is wrong. Energy of clusters run above 7 GeV and 
central crystal
has more than 100% of cluster energy, impossible. Plot from ICHB is 
normal, as one
would expect. Some thing is wrong in the transition from ICHB to ICPB. 
Must be
corrected.

Finally I want to emphasize that looking into cooked data, running 
simple analysis
are very important. We need to find and fix problems before pass1 
cooking. Any
inputs on above issues will be appreciated.
