[Eg6_analysis] DC Calibration

Hi All,

Based on the decision made at yesterday's meeting about the DC calibration,
I have
linked the latest Bayram's DC constants to the run ranges summarized below
and then
saved them on the main Eg6 run index "calib_user.RunIndexeg6".
