Dear all,

I will be on vacation this Thursday and will not be able to call the
meeting.
Let me know if some one wants to run the meeting, I can send required
information for conference calling (chairperson should be at JLAB).
Otherwise
we will cancel this weeks meeting.

If people have any news on software developments or data analysis please
send round in the emails. I did further studies with epi+pi-, this time I
looked eg1dvcs data set that is very close to our conditions, meaning
solenoid field and nuclear target, and it turns out the invariant mass
distribution
and other distributions that I had last time from eg6 are very similar.
I posted new plots on my website at /userweb.jlab.org/~stepanya/eg6/
new files mark as eg1dvcs.
So the results of these studies are (1) our tracking software works the
same
way as the tracking from other groups in similar conditions, (2) we
should pay
very close attention on fiducial cuts for events in CLAS. In particular
we should
select charged particles in CLAS that pass through RTPC low density
front panel
and not thick parts of sports for GEMs or through IC enclosure and lead
shield. This requirement will impose Z-vertex dependent polar angle cut. In
contrary to eg1dvcs or eg2 or e1dvcs, our target is very long and
single, simple
fiducial cut will not work. I will work on this next, but the next
(perhaps final)
pass1 cooking should not be delayed for this.

Regards, Stepan
