[Eg6_analysis] rtpc noise/pedestal

Dear All,

I took a closer look at the noisy pads.

On some events they behave like the non-noisy pads, with ADC values
near zero off the TDC trigger plateau.  On other events they are just
firing across the whole TDC range, biasing the pedestal calculation.
So I tried rejecting those events from the pedstal calculation, and
the result is now much more uniform:
