[Eg6_analysis] final check before pass1

Hello Everyone,

In today's meeting a decision was made to perform one final
check before starting pass1.  The reason is that a significant
shift in momentum was seen with the final beam offset and
drift paths, and new gain calibration, and it is not understood
how this will affect the gains recursively.  Unless there are
objections, this will take 2 days, and then we will start pass1.
