[Eg6_analysis] Update on dipped etot/p runs

Dear All,


I've completed a comparison of run 61724 (normal) and 61725 (dipped in etot/p) at  

https://clasweb.jlab.org/rungroups/lowq/wiki/index.php/61724_%26_61725_Comparison.

There is no difference between the runs except the noted beam restart 
(https://clasweb.jlab.org/rungroups/lowq/wiki/index.php/EG6_Beam_Restarts) that I've found that can account for the change in the mean value of 
etot/p.


I've listed all the runs with lower values of etot/p in CLAS sector 5 at 
https://clasweb.jlab.org/rungroups/lowq/wiki/index.php/Odd_EG6_Runs .
