[Eg6_analysis] run-dependent vertex correction

Hi Bayram, Dave, and All,

Here is the run-dependent z-vertex correction for CLAS tracks I
mentioned in yesterday's eg6 meeting if you want to try it:

It's based on the same method as the CLAS-NOTE but accounts for ~1mm
jumps in y and ~0.5mm drift in x we found later based on Cristina's plot:
