[Eg6_analysis] GPP smearing position factors for the DCs

Hello Stepan, Nathan and all,
    Following our discussion yesterday about the smearing factors, Nathan
has updated the database with certain runs (1 to 10) such that i can use
the pass2 user_ana to cook the simulated data. In this case, I have
processed few experimental and simulated data and the results can be found
